These Terms and Conditions are the rules for using jadeinretrograde.com and buying anything from it. The site is run by Jade Janosi (“Jade,” “I,” or “me”). By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email jade@jadeinretrograde.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site.

What I offer

I offer astrology readings, personalized spells and rituals, reports, guides, and other digital products. Everything is digital and is delivered by email, download link, or online access. Nothing is shipped.

Astrology is for guidance, not a promise

My readings, spells, and products are for spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment. They are not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and they do not replace a doctor, therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor.

Astrology can help you understand timing and patterns, but I cannot promise a specific result, like a person coming back, a relationship working out, or a money outcome. Every choice you make is your own.

Your birth details

Personalized products are made from the birth details you give me at checkout. Please check them carefully. If your details are wrong or missing, your reading will be based on the information you gave. If you made a mistake, email me right away.

Delivery

Personalized products are made for you and sent to the email address you used at checkout. Delivery times are shown on each product page. If you do not get your order in that time, check your spam folder, then email me and I will help.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time. Some offers and discounts are only available through certain links, ads, or promotions, and may not show up anywhere else on the site. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors.

Refunds

All sales are final unless a product says otherwise. Please read my Refund Policy before you buy.

Your use of my work

Everything I create, including readings, spells, reports, guides, images, and text on this site, belongs to me. What you buy is for your personal use only. You may not resell, share, copy, or post it publicly without my written permission.

Using this site

Please do not misuse this site, try to break it, or use it for anything illegal. I can refuse service or cancel an order if these terms are broken.

Limits on my liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not responsible for any decisions you make or any results that come from using my products or this site. If I am found responsible for anything, the most I will owe is the amount you paid for the product in question.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The newest version will always be on this page with the date at the top.

What My Customers Say

“I’ve bought a lot of digital products that promised to help me make money online and most of them just told me stuff I might as well have googled. This one I actually finished and implemented. Made my first sale within a couple days, 3 or 4. It was so easy to set up.”

Sarah Mackenzie

“I feel like these types of things always overpromise and underdeliver. I was immediately impressed with your validator idea. It saved so much time in trying to come up with the right product to create for my niche. That alone saved me so much time and honestly stress.”
