Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This website, jadeinretrograde.com, is run by Jade Janosi (“Jade,” “I,” or “me”). This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and what you can do about it. If you have questions, email me at jade@jadejanosi.com.

What I collect

Information you give me:

Your name, email address, and billing details when you buy something
Your birth details (date, time, and city of birth) so I can create your reading, spell, or report
Anything you send me, like questions or messages
Your email address if you join my email list

Payment details: Payments are handled by trusted payment processors like Stripe and PayPal. I never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: When you visit the site, I and the tools I use may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you found the site. This is done with cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising pixels (like the Meta Pixel), where the law allows or where you have agreed.

How I use your information

To create and deliver what you bought, like your reading, spell, or report
To process payments and keep order records
To send order emails and answer your questions
To send you emails you signed up for (you can unsubscribe any time)
To keep the site safe and working well
To understand how the site and my ads are doing
To follow the law, including tax and accounting rules

Legal reasons for using your data (EU and UK visitors)

If you are in the EU or UK, I use your data because I need it to fill your order (contract), because you agreed (consent, like for marketing emails or some cookies), because it helps me run and improve my business in ways you would expect (legitimate interests), or because the law requires it (legal obligation).

Your birth details

Your birth details are only used to prepare what you ordered and to help you with it afterward. I never sell them, and I never share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Who I share information with

I only share what is needed to run the business, with:

Payment processors (like Stripe and PayPal)
My website host (Hostinger) and website tools (like WordPress, WooCommerce, and FunnelKit)
Email and marketing tools that send my emails
Analytics and advertising platforms (like Meta)
Government or legal authorities, if the law requires it

I do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Cookies are small files saved in your browser. Some are needed for the site and checkout to work. Others help me see how the site is used or measure my ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, like checkout, may stop working.

How long I keep your information

Order and payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require
Email list info: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it
Birth details and messages: as long as needed to deliver and support your order, or until you ask me to delete them, unless the law says I must keep them

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the data I hold about you, fix it, delete it, limit how I use it, object to how I use it, get a copy of it, or take back your consent. To do any of this, email jade@jadejanosi.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Some of the tools I use store data in other countries, including the United States. When that happens, I rely on the safeguards those companies provide, like the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Age limit

This site and my products are for adults 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Keeping your data safe

I use secure tools and reasonable steps to protect your information. No website is 100% secure, but I take your privacy seriously.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The newest version will always be on this page with the date at the top.
